The staff provided attentive service throughout our stay. The evening meal and breakfast truly exceeded our expectations.
The small double room felt a bit cramped for two, despite having good amenities.

The double room was warm, spacious, and exceptionally clean, featuring a super comfy bed and lovely views over the hills. Dining exceeded expectations with outstanding service and delicious food, especially the homemade pastry. Only minor issues arose. the parking was slightly limited during busy periods, and the restaurant atmosphere felt a bit rushed despite the attentive staff. Still, my experience was overwhelmingly positive, making me wish for a longer stay.

I had an excellent stay at the Craven Heifer. The staff went above and beyond, really made me feel welcome. The food was top-notch, especially the breakfast. I enjoyed a full English that was cooked perfectly, and the portions were huge. My King Studio room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a great waterfall shower. The cleanliness was impressive, everything spotless. I had some noise issues from the bathroom next door during the night. It could be a bit annoying. The parking situation was okay, but limited close to the pub. Despite the minor issues, I would want to return for the great food and service. It's a lovely place to unwind.

Good selection of seating around the bar area, fitting the local character. The pub offered solid pub food and a variety of decent cask ales, making meals enjoyable.
The restaurant area felt a bit below the standard set by the bar, lacking the same charm. The door into the kitchen definitely screamed for some fresh paint, which was a tad disappointing. Pillows on the beds skewed way too thick, making it difficult to get a comfortable sleep, leading to mild discomfort. The ensuite bathroom had a noticeable crack in the sink, which might not bother everyone but was a bit of an eyesore.
